Refund policy

We want you to love your Aimma piece. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Personalized or engraved pieces (including any item with an "AIM" or initial engraving) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, since they are made specifically for you.

Exchanges

Need a different size or piece? We're happy to exchange non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

How to start a return or exchange

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll walk you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
